Eye examinations as well as prescriptions for glasses are provided. General ophthalmology and eye care is available including treatment for eye infection, ocular allergy, etc.

Specialized evaluations and equipment provided include:

Keratron Cornea Topography (mapping the surface of the cornea with over 5,000 points)

Specular Endothelial Cell Counts (counting and evaluating the important cells on the back surface of the cornea.)

Fundus Photography (imaging and recording the appearance and status of the retina and optic nerve in the eye) for proper treatment and follow up.

A-scan Ultrasound (to compute the proper power of the intraocular lens to be placed in the eye during cataract surgery)

Computerized Threshold visual fields to monitor central and side vision for patients; 1) having elevated pressure and/or glaucoma, etc.; 2) taking certain drugs, such as Plaquenil; 3) Having central nervous system or neurologic problems such as M.S., strokes which may affect the eye, etc.
