From the West or North
From the West on Hwy 33 or from the North on Hwy 45 after exiting East onto Hwy 33, continue East on Washington Avenue (Hwy 33).
Turn right (South) at the Amoco Quick Mart onto Silverbrook Drive. Proceed through two stop signs continuing past St. Joseph Hospital on the left. After passing Oak Street (just South of St. Joseph's Hospital), turn left and continue into the parking lot in back of the Oakbrook Health Center building. Park and enter the west side of the building.
From the East
On Hwy 33, turn left (South) at the Amoco Station (Silverbrook Drive) and proceed as described above.
From the South
On Hwy 45, exit East on Washington Avenue (Hwy 33) and proceed as in the first paragraph. OR, exit Paradise Drive and proceed West to 18th Avenue. Turn right and continue to the stop sign and turn right on Decorah Road. Turn left in two blocks onto Silverbrook Drive. After 2.5 blocks, turn right and park in the west end of the large parking lot in the back of the Oakbrook Health Center building and enter through the west door.
